Superfood Salad

Now available from mid-day every day in the Club Lounge as part of our Summer Menu and one of our Nutrition Coach Recommends dishes, which are delicious, nutritious and provide a great balance of lean protein, smart carbs, healthy fat and vegetables.

Butternut squash, quinoa, lentil, broccoli, pomegranate seeds, carrot, toasted pinenuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and spinach, come with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. (GF, DF, V, VE) Choice of extras (additional cost) – halloumi fries chicken breast or salmon supreme.

Our Superfood Salad is a vibrant and nutrient-dense addition to our menu, perfect for vegan and vegetarian diets. This carefully crafted salad meets all the criteria for a balanced, healthful meal, ensuring you get the best in nutrition with every bite.

The base of the Superfood Salad features quinoa and lentils, both rich in lean protein and high-fibre and slow-digesting carbs. These smart carbs help maintain stable blood sugar levels and keep you feeling satisfied and energised throughout the day.

Packed with colourful vegetables, (taste the rainbow, one of our nutrition coach’s recommended habits*) the salad includes broccoli, roasted butternut squash, and tender stem broccoli. These veggies are brimming with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, promoting overall health and boosting your immune system.

To add a delightful crunch and a dose of healthy fats, we’ve included a mix of pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, and black and white sesame seeds. These seeds and nuts not only enhance the texture and flavour of the salad but also provide essential nutrients that support heart health and brain function.

Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, this salad is both delicious and nourishing. Olive oil is renowned for its heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and anti-inflammatory properties.
