Here you will find details of our extensive weekly group exercise classes across our three studios and gym floor.  We aim to keep the studio timetable fresh, vibrant and up to date with the very latest industry trends and work with the very best instructors.

BOXERCISE™

Boxercise™ is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads, but no class involves hitting an opponent! The class focuses on the whole body giving a great cardio workout, strengthening muscles, improving hand-eye co-ordination and core strength.

GRIT™ STRENGTH

GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbells, weight plates and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Les Mills Core exercises muscles around the core and provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in Les Mills Core have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance bands and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Yoga – Hatha Suitable for all levels and with the emphasis being to work at ones own pace , this class also offers some challenges for those that would like them. It integrates breath work to assist in the asanas, whilst relaxing with body and mind. Continued practice will assist with toning and elongating the muscles to achieve a real sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

AQUA is a great way to improve fitness and muscle tone, the water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning.  This class is perfect for the fit, pregnant, and/or joint-sensitive individual.

During these sessions the pool is split 2/3 for the Aqua class and 1/3 for casual swimmers. We also turn off the bubbles in the Spa to reduce the noise on poolside so that the class participants can hear our instructors.
