Here you will find details of our extensive weekly group exercise classes across our three studios and gym floor.  We aim to keep the studio timetable fresh, vibrant and up to date with the very latest industry trends and work with the very best instructors.

Boxercise™ is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads, but no class involves hitting an opponent! The class focuses on the whole body giving a great cardio workout, strengthening muscles, improving hand-eye co-ordination and core strength.

LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)  is a low impact sculpting and fat burning class focusing on all those problem areas. Incorporating classic body weight moves such as squats and lunges, our instructors will lead you through an effective lower body and core workout, giving options on the way to suit all levels of fitness/ability.

CXWORX™ exercises muscles around the core and provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance bands and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

BARRE is a full body workout combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. It involves classic dance moves, such as plies, paired with static stretches and high reps of small range movements. This creates isometric challenges where you contract specific muscles to really feel the burn! Benefits of Barre include a stronger core and lower body and it is great if you prefer a low impact class.

During these sessions junior members aged 12-15 can use the gym floor. AQUA is a great way to improve fitness and muscle tone, the water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning.  This class is perfect for the fit, pregnant, and/or joint-sensitive individual.

Classes take place in our heated swimming pool and are booked online through our app.  The two lanes for swimming lengths remain open for other members, but they should note there will be music and the activity creates a current.

GENTLY ACTIVE is a low impact class aimed at those wanting a less intense workout, incorporating easy to follow lower intensity moves to music followed by a functional strength and conditioning section. This class is suitable for all ages (male and female!) and is particularly enjoyed by some of our older members. It provides a fun and enjoyable full body workout and is ideal for those new or returning to exercise.
