Resting and relaxing is an important part of the health & wellbeing equation, and the Club offers plenty of opportunities. So do make the most of the sauna, steam room and hydropool, relax on those sun-beds, both inside in our spa area and outside on our sun terrace, and take your time over a coffee or a nutritious lunch.
We help our members to explore and improve their overall health and wellbeing, not just their physical fitness. This means examining topics such as lifestyle, relaxation and nutrition, and dealing with physical injuries and other issues professionally as they arise.

Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation
Preventing injuries and treating them as they arise helps keep you doing the exercise and playing the sport that you want to do. Prevention is always the best policy where possible!
We have partnered with North Beds Osteopaths and Quality Physios to offer osteopathic treatment and physiotherapy within the Club.
North Beds Osteopaths are a long-standing operator in the North Beds area and have an excellent reputation.

Quality Phyios provide Physiotherapy that manages your pain and injury, and helps develop and cultivate positive habits and health care. Through manual treatment techniques and exercise therapy, their physiotherapists can aid in the rehabilitation of athletes both pre and post-injury.

Nutrition & Lifestyle
We partner with Precision Nutrition, a world-leading nutrition coaching educator, and use their science-based, research-proven curriculum to deliver an effective, habit-based nutrition & lifestyle coaching programme at our Club. The aim is to help you achieve sustainable vitality through healthy nutritional choices and lifestyle behaviours.
Our programme started in November 2019 with our first 10 participants and concluded in April 2020 with some astounding results. You can read some of the feedback from these participants here.
