Our “light and airy” gym environment has been created to make working out a pleasure. It offers high ceilings, lots of natural light and great views over the surrounding countryside. The gym is kept clean, our air conditioning is modern and effective, and we don’t pack our gym kit close together, so that each member has plenty of individual space.
Unlike most gyms, we directly employ our Personal Trainers and aim to ensure they offer a mix of different skills, experience and expertise. If you are looking for that extra push, then our Personal Trainers are available for individual PT sessions. They are popular because they get results!

Central to the gym floor is our Omnia Rig, a functional training system which optimises strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed. It is designed specifically for small group training, to combine the individual attention of one-to-one training with the community dynamic of exercising in a group setting. Our instructors hold regular gym floor workouts which can be found on our studio timetable. These often also make use of our Wattbikes™ and SKILLMILLs™ making them sessions not to be missed!
We offer a full selection of cardio equipment, including the Excite Climb machines, Treadmills, Rowers, Bikes, Varios, and Synchros. These are all in the stunning top-of-the-range Technogym Artis collection with large screens and numerous entertainment options including Sky TV.
Add to this a functional floor space, a fully equipped strength zone including plate-loaded machines, Wattbikes™ and Concept 2 rowers and you won’t be short of options for your work-out!

My earliest memory of being involved in fitness was in infant school, helping to lead fitness classes with my dad in the school hall.. I never knew then how much those experiences would help to shape my life and career choice!
