Grilled Salmon

Now available from mid-day every day in the Club Lounge as part of our Summer Menu and one of our Nutrition Coach Recommends dishes.

This dish is a perfect blend of delicious flavours and balanced nutrition, meeting all the criteria for a wholesome and healthful meal. The star of this dish is the salmon supreme, a rich source of lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon has lots of benefits for us, it supports heart health, brain function, and muscle maintenance, making it an excellent choice for your dietary needs.

Complementing the salmon, we have a generous serving of broccoli. This cruciferous vegetable is packed with vitamins, minerals, and fibre, promoting digestive health and providing smart, slow-digesting carbs that keep you feeling full and energized.

Feta cheese adds a delightful tangy flavour and a dose of calcium and protein. Cranberries contribute a touch of sweetness and are loaded with antioxidants, supporting overall health and well-being.  The dish is sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds, which offer healthy fats and additional fibre. The vinaigrette dressing, made with olive oil, red wine vinegar, whole grain mustard, and lemon juice, ties everything together with a burst of freshness and healthy fats.
