Protein Salad

Now available from mid-day every day in the Club Lounge as part of our Summer Menu and one of our Nutrition Coach Recommends dishes, which are delicious, nutritious and provide a great balance of lean protein, smart carbs, healthy fat and vegetables.

Steak, chicken, poached egg, spinach & tender stem broccoli, topped with feta cheese, nuts, pomegranate and mixed seeds and drizzled with our house dressing. (GF, DFO)

This salad offers a balanced mix of lean protein, smart carbs, healthy fats, and a variety of vegetables.

Our Protein Salad features a delightful combination of steak, chicken, and a poached egg, providing a robust source of lean protein. These proteins are essential for muscle repair and growth, ensuring you stay energized and satisfied throughout the day.

For smart carbs, we’ve included nutrient-dense spinach and tenderstem broccoli. These vegetables are high in fibre and promote a slow digestive process, helping to maintain stable blood sugar levels and keep you full longer. The addition of pomegranate adds a touch of sweetness and extra antioxidants.

Healthy fats come from a mix of feta cheese, nuts, and mixed seeds. These ingredients not only enhance the flavour but also support heart health and provide essential fatty acids. Our house dressing ties it all together, adding a final layer of deliciousness without compromising nutritional value.
