Now available from mid-day every day in the Club Lounge as part of our Summer Menu and one of our Nutrition Coach Recommends dishes which are delicious, nutritious and provide a great balance of lean protein, smart carbs, healthy fat and vegetables.

Our Smoked Salmon New Potato Salad features smoked salmon, an excellent source of lean protein and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. This protein-rich fish supports muscle maintenance and provides essential nutrients for overall wellness.

The new potatoes in this salad offer smart carbs that are high in fibre, they digest slowly, helping to maintain stable blood sugar levels and keep you feeling satisfied. Combined with the fibre-rich vegetables like red and green peppers, red onion, cucumber, and chopped spring onion, this salad is a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals.
