Nourish Bowl

Now available from mid-day every day in the Club Lounge as part of our Summer Menu and one of our Nutrition Coach Recommends dishes, which are delicious, nutritious and provide a great balance of lean protein, smart carbs, healthy fat and vegetables.

Tiger prawns, pearl barley, quinoa, giant cous-cous, red pepper, avocado, mango and cherry tomato bedded on romaine lettuce drizzled with extra virgin olive oil infused with our chef’s special herbs and spices. (GF, DF, VEO)

Alternative choice of protein: swap tiger prawns for chicken, Falafel or Halloumi

Our Nourish Bowl features tiger prawns, a lean protein rich in essential amino acids and low in fat. Protein is crucial for muscle repair and overall body function. Complementing the prawns, we have a blend of quinoa, pearl barley and giant cous-cous, providing smart carbs. These high-fibre, slow-digesting carbs help maintain stable blood sugar levels and keep you feeling full longer.

The bowl is loaded with healthy fats coming from the avocado and extra virgin olive oil. Avocados are great for lots of reasons, they are packed with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and olive oil is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties. Together, they support cardiovascular health and provide long-lasting energy.

Vegetables like red pepper, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce add a burst of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These veggies not only enhance the bowl’s flavour and texture but also boost your immune system and overall health. Adding a touch of mango brings a natural sweetness and additional vitamins, making this bowl both nutritious and delicious.
