Try Something New in 2022!

1 January 2022

The new year is often a time we look afresh at our health, fitness and wellbeing – something which is important and of course we advocate! But getting going and keeping it going can often be hard work. And it’s easy to get into an exercise rut so we wanted to share with you a few ideas for things you might want to try here at the Club.  And remember – movement is movement! Don’t overthink it – do whatever feels good for you and your body and celebrate the days you can get active.

So, go on – try something new in 2022!

Book a Refresher Gym Induction

Do you feel your gym routine has become stale? Have you found yourself lacking in motivation recently? Why not book in with one of our Personal Trainers for a refresher induction and a chance to review your programme. Changing your routine and learning some new exercises is a great way to help your fitness and motivation and one of our qualified team can tailor a programme to help you achieve those New Year goals. You can book an appointment at Reception.

Book a PT Session

We have a highly experienced Personal Training team at the Club, all specialising in different areas.  Often working with someone who’s set your targets and holds you accountable is the push you need to get the results you want.  30 or 60 minute sessions are available and you can find out more about our team, including their contact information, here.

Try a new class on Club Towers Live

Included in your membership is access to our online classes at Club Towers Live.  This provides a great opportunity to try a new class from the comfort of you own home at a time that suits you.  We stream over 20 live classes every week and have a vast online library too.  Classes include Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Piyo, Body Attack, Circuits, Body Pump and many more.  The Class descriptions can be found on our main web-site here. Or if you would like some advice about which class might be right for you, please email our Fitness Manager Katy on [email protected]  If you don’t have your free access code, please email [email protected] to be sent one.

Book a 1-2-1 Class

We are launching a new service for members in January – the opportunity to book a private class in our holistic studio. In a private 1-2-1 session the class can be tailored to your precise needs and goals. For a beginner this means the opportunity to work at your own pace in a calm environment where you are not conscious of others around you.  For those who are more experienced, it’s a way to get tailored support on your technique or poses and help you progress faster or in specific directions.

Several of our instructor team are available for a 1-2-1 class:

  • Barre – Charlie Ballard
  • GRIT – Katy Randle-Henson
  • Pilates – Hazel Caddick
  • Yoga – Bindy Dabhi, Caroline Alexander, Charlie Ballard, Julia Krajnakova, Sarah Caunt, and Vicky Young.

Classes are £45 per hour or from £26 for a half-hour session.  Please buy your voucher at Reception, who will then help you to get in touch with your chosen instructor to book in.
