Club Towers Live Hits 1000 Subscribers
Despite the Club being closed we are really pleased that we have been able to keep our Club Towers Live on-line classes running throughout. Playing our part to help people stay active by providing classes led by the best local instructors that are live streamed using the highest quality audio and video. We’ve just reached the fantastic milestone of 1000 users! Most are local to us in Bedfordshire, but many are enjoying our classes in other parts of the UK too.
Classes include LBT, Pilates, Zumba, Body Attack, GRIT, HIIT, Cycle, and Yoga to name just a few. Most of our live classes remain available for two weeks (the only exceptions are the Les Mills classes), and these are supplemented by a library of classes available on demand. We’ve also recently added two new classes, taking our live timetable to 23 classes every week. We have introduced a longer LBT session on a Saturday morning with Garry and new class Piyo with Susan. The on-demand section has over 50 classes so that there is always a class you can select and do at a time convenient for you. Our highly experienced Fitness Manager Katy Thomas has worked hard on the timetable to ensure there is something for everyone, all fitness levels and abilities. There are classes to help you burn, tone and lose weight and those to enable you to unwind, escape and relax. She has also taken into account that many people are struggling to fit exercise in, so you will see a mixture of 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute* sessions.
And we have two new classes coming in February too, watch this space!

It’s a very different world for our instructors at the minute; they are used to a studio full of people, an empty studio and recording equipment isn’t quite the same, so feedback from people means the absolute world!
