Canary Wharf Classic – 4 Hospitality Tickets & Play on the Spectacular Glass Show Court
(donated by Matthew & Ann Towers)
The Canary Wharf Classic is one of the best events on the Men’s World Squash Circuit, attracting the top male players with a great prize fund. Matches take place on the glass show court in the spectacular Wintergarden Hall at Canary Wharf, and the event is always sold out.
This Lot offers 4 people the opportunity to attend as hospitality guests on the Tuesday of the event. After a champagne Reception, hospitality guests get to view all of the action from their own table in the comfort of the high-level balcony, whilst enjoying a four-course dinner with wine and beer.
As an amazing “extra” the four lucky guests will have the opportunity to have a hit on the glass court for around 30 minutes during the early afternoon, before play starts that evening. This is an opportunity open to very few and one not to be missed!
- The CWC Event is scheduled to take place in the w/c 12th March.
- The tickets will likely be for Tuesday 14th March (or possibly Weds 15th), depending on availability.
- The running of this event has not yet been confirmed by the organisers, so there is a small chance it will not go ahead. If so, the winning bidder will be offered their money back, or an alternative prize of similar stature and value, depending on their preference.
- Face value of the hospitality tickets is approx. £900, without the playing opportunity.

It is a much-loved, Speyside single malt that has been matured in oak barrels for 12 years and bears the House of Commons crest.
What makes this Lot so unique is that it is personally signed by the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson. The news flow over the last 12 months makes this a very special opportunity, and whether you love Boris or not, one that is not to be missed!
Private Juniors Kicking Coaching Session with Northampton Saints and England Coach Sam Vesty
(donated by Sam Vesty)
Another Lot with a sporting theme, this prize is for budding rugby players – potentially stars of the future! It is an exciting opportunity to join Northampton Saints and former England Coach and player Sam Vesty for a 45-minute kicking coaching session.
Sam retired from playing in 2013 after an impressive career at Leicester Tigers and Bath Rugby with over 200 appearances for these Clubs. His coaching career started at Worcestershire Cavaliers before joining Saints in 2018 as their specialist Backs coach and in January this year it was announced that Sam would be head coach for the Club for the 2022-2023 season. In 2017 he worked as Skills coach with the England team, featuring two test victories over Argentina.
This “money can’t buy” session will take place at Franklin’s Gardens on the main pitch and is for up to four juniors.
Thank you to Sam and Northampton Saints for donating this prize and his time.
