100th Release of Body Combat Packs a Punch

We had a brilliant afternoon in the dome celebrating the 100th release of Les Mills Body Combat last weekend. Thank you to instructors Carrie, Susan, Alison, Caitlin and Chanel who took over 50 members through the new release. The energy was awesome, with everyone giving it their all! It was a very warm Autumn day which did make it harder than we’d hoped, but we did it! Hope those who joined us felt invigorated afterwards! There really is something special about coming together and exercising en masse!

We love Body Combat and we know many of our members do too! We have been running it since the early days of us opening, seven years ago, and we now run it four times a week. We also stream it live on www.clubtowerslive.com twice a week, Saturday morning at 9am and Wednesday morning at 9.45am should it be easier for you to exercise at home sometimes.

For those not familiar with Combat, it’s a high energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. We say it’s the way to punch and kick your way to fitness, burning calories and alleviating stress! There’s no experience needed for it and whilst it is a high energy workout it can be tailored to all levels. Beginners welcome!
