Winter Yoga Afternoon with Sarah – Sunday 5th February 2023
In the colder winter months, we seek warmth, nourishment and rejuvenation to prepare and energise ourselves for the warmer months ahead. It’s a time to retreat from the outer world to our inner world as the temperature falls. A time to pause, reflect and reset. With this in mind instructor Sarah has put together a programme to do just this.
On Sunday 5th February from 2.00-4.30pm, you are invited to join us for a warming winter themed workshop lead by yoga instructor Sarah.
This extended 2-hour practice will include:
– Vinyasa flow to build heat in the body and ignite your inner fire
– Yin yoga to draw your senses inwards
– Pranayama (breathwork) to boost vital energy
– Meditation to find stillness in the present moment.
Following the practice we will head down to the lounge area for some light refreshments.
The investment is £25 per person and can booked via Reception. Places are limited to 15 people and booking is made on a first come first serve basis. The practice is suitable for all levels including beginners.
All members should bring two blankets and a cushion/pillow.
