Wellness Week Thank You
Thank you to those members who joined us for any of our sessions during our first ever Club Towers Wellness Week last week. We hope those that did found the sessions useful and enjoyed the classes.

Menopause Support Group
We run a monthly menopause support group, an informal friendly setting for women to give them an opportunity to share experiences. Our next date is the 5th October 7-8pm and will be available to book on the app six days before or just turn up. If you can’t make this date but would like to find out more about future groups, please email Ann on [email protected] and she will let you know of future dates.
