Why should I review my health & wellness?

We are all busy people leading hectic lives, which can make it hard to “take stock” and reflect properly on whether we are on the right track with our health. Are we eating properly? Exercising enough? Sleeping well? Are we very stressed?

By taking time to reflect on these issues in detail and speak to a coaching expert about them, we can identify actions that we can take now to improve our health outcomes in the future, giving you the best chance of leading a longer, healthier life.

This is where a health & wellness evaluation comes in……

What is a Health & Wellness Evaluation?

It’s a formal process to help you review your current behaviours in the key wellness areas of nutrition, sleep, movement and stress management, so that you can identify where you are doing well, where you need to pay more attention, and what action you can take NOW to start improving your health & wellbeing.  

How does it work?

The evaluation process starts with you completing two detailed questionnaires which will ask you about your basic measurements, health history, nutrition, sleep, stress and movement habits. Your answers are returned to our Nutrition & Wellness Master Coach for analysis and a confidential 45-minute consultation is arranged to discuss the findings. 

What does the consultation involve?

The consultation with our expert coach is the most important part of the process. Each assessment area is scored, and the coach will explain your scores to you, identifying the key areas for improvement.

She will then provide you with detailed suggestions and advice for the PRACTICAL STEPS you can start to take TODAY to improve your health and wellness in any areas where you might be struggling.

What will the evaluation do for me?

There are many different reasons why people take the evaluation. Some want reassurance they are on the right track. Others know (or suspect) that they have some problems but don’t know how to tackle them. They typically want confirmation that they have some issues and to identify possible solutions so that they can successfully change their behaviours. 

But don’t listen to us. This is what some of our customers have told us……..

  • I want to keep myself healthy as when I get into old age I want to be as active as my 90-year old Dad (a woman in her late 50s).
  • I am going to be 40 next month. I feel I am not as active/healthy/lean as before. Although I try to eat healthily and be active, I want to see what else I should be doing. (39-year old male).
  • I want to lose weight, and I know I need to do something about my nutrition!  I want to know what I should be doing that I might have been missing. (a female in her early 40s)
  • I am waiting for a heart operation. I want to keep myself as healthy as I possibly can to have a great chance of good outcome after the surgery. (70-year-old male)
  • My body shape is changing and I struggle with a chronic shoulder injury which has prevented me doing the exercises I enjoy. I want to see what else I can do to keep me healthy physically and mentally (a woman in her early 50s).

What does the evaluation cost and how do I book?

Evaluations can be booked at Reception, once paid, details will be shared with coach Ann who will be in touch with the questionnaires by email. She will also arrange the consultation with you at a convenient time. It is that simple!

The total cost of the whole process is just £125 (inclusive of VAT).
