Outdoor Classes Starting Week Commencing 12th April
We are pleased to confirm that we will be running three outdoor classes from week commencing 12th April – 16th May.
The classes we are running are as follows:
Mondays 9.15-9.55am – Circuits with Garry
Wednesdays 1.15-1.55pm – LBT with Katy
Fridays 9.15-9.55am – Circuits with Susan
They will take place on our outdoor tennis courts so please do dress accordingly with layers you can remove/apply depending on the temperature that day. Our Fitness Manager Katy shares her useful tips for exercising outside here. You will also need suitable clean footwear for the courts and as the surface is sandy/gritty you may wish to bring gloves. No equipment is needed for any of the classes and we will of course ensure suitable social distancing takes place.
Classes will be available to book through the app from the 10th April and after that the usual booking window of 7 days in advance will apply. You can book all three classes should you wish to. Please do cancel >12 hours before the class start time, as normal strike rules apply unless we have to cancel the class due to the weather.
The roadmap states that classes can take place inside from the 17th May which we are working towards. In the meantime we will continue to run a full Club Towers Live timetable – details of which can be found at www.clubtowerslive.com If you haven’t yet requested your code to access the live and on demand classes then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you one.

Circuits – Our instructor will take you through a series of body-weight and cardio exercises to increase your overall fitness, stamina, endurance and strength.
LBT – This is a low impact sculpting and fat burning class focusing on all those problem areas. Incorporating classic body weight moves such as squats and lunges, our instructors will lead you through an effective lower body and core workout, giving options on the way to suit all levels of fitness/ability.
