Nutrition Services Now Available at Club Towers

We are excited to announce that we are formally launching nutrition services here at the Club.  We firmly believe that physical exercise is only one part of a healthy lifestyle equation and to have sustainable vitality we must also consider our diet and lifestyle habits. This has led us to put increased emphasis on helping our members to look after these aspects of their lives, building good nutrition into their daily routines and developing healthier lifestyles.

Using the proven curriculum & resources of Precision Nutrition and delivered by our in-house PN Level-2 Certified Coach, we are now able to offer the following services at our club:

  • A habit-based nutrition & lifestyle coaching programme.
  • Seminars on nutrition fundamentals.
  • A nutrition & lifestyle information hub.

Coaching Programme

Following a successful trial in the first half of this year, we are delighted to formally launch our nutrition programme. This is a unique programme that focuses on developing sustainable healthy lifestyle habits. If you are fed up with fad diets followed by periods of “falling off the wagon”, then this is the programme for you. It lasts for 12 months but the commitment is worth it as it really can change your life.

The programme delivered through an online coaching programme supported by your coach Ann Towers, starts on the 15th September and full information can be found here.  You can also see feedback from participants of the pilot scheme and how it has changed their lives for the better here too.

Our pilot group were still taking part in the programme as lockdown began, and as many will know lockdown really tested even the strongest amongst us when it came to eating and drinking.  However, many of the participants have shared how the programme really helped them through it, making positive nutritional choices them through a difficult time.  You can read more about their experiences here.

Seminars

From time to time, we will hold seminars that focus on nutrition and lifestyle topics.  Please keep an eye on our Facebook page and in Club for details of these.
