Christmas Celebrations at Club Towers – 10th December 2021
It is marvellous to be able to hold our annual Christmas celebrations again this year, and we are looking forward to a great evening on Friday 10th December”.
We have lots going on in all areas of the Club and it’s also the day the Club Towers team wear their Christmas fancy dress, so do dust off your Christmas jumper or t-shirt and enjoy some festive fun.
Here’s the line-up for the day:
Multi-Sports 4 – 6pm
Coach Tom is back for a two-hour session of festive ball games and sporty fun aimed at getting our junior members aged 4-11 active. Parents/Guardians can leave the Club if arranged with Tom/Reception team. The session is £14 and bookings are open at Reception now. Tom will be in Christmas attire and the children are very welcome to join him!
Christmas Arts & Crafts 4.30-6pm
Join our Creche team for some seasonal arts & crafts. This fun session, aimed at our junior members aged 4 – 11, will include lots of glitter, glue, and take-home crafts! Parents/Guardians can leave the Club if arranged with the team. The session is £12, and you can book now at Reception. A chance for children to get their costumes or jumpers on too!
Festive Mash Up Class 5 – 6pm
Join us for a Christmas mash up of Attack, Combat, Zumba, LBT and Grit Cardio to the best Christmas hits! Always popular so do book early and feel free to wear those Christmas outfits. We have had turkeys and elves in the past – what will it be this year?

Christmas Carols 6.10 – 6.50pm
We are delighted that Bedford Modern Singers are joining us for carols in the Club Lounge and we invite members to come and join us to sing a few traditional carols around our tree. The Club Lounge team will be serving complimentary mulled wine and mince pies as well. It’s a lovely way to get into the Christmas spirit with fellow members.
Charity Raffle Draw – Approximately 6.50pm
We will be drawing our Christmas raffle at approximately 6.50pm. We are raising money for our members’ chosen charities – The Tibbs Dementia Foundation and the MS Therapy Centre. Tickets are on sale now at Reception and you can find out more about the wonderful prizes on offer in our blog here.
Santa’s in the Club! 7 – 8pm
We’ve arranged a special visit from the big man himself and Santa will be in the Club Lounge on the settees by the tree after the raffle has been drawn. No need to book – just come along.
Christmas Jumper Tennis Tournament 7-9pm
Our fun and festive annual tournament is back! It is suitable for players of social tennis playing ability and above and, as the name suggests, Christmas jumpers are a must! Book your place at Reception now – entry is free.
Club Lounge Specials
The Club Lounge will be doing seasonal specials throughout December, including our Christmas dinner sub roll and our Irish crème whiskey coffee so do look out for them, or ask the Club Lounge team for details. If you would like to pre-order any food for the evening of Friday 10th, do get in touch with the team who will be happy to help.
