Winners Rewarded for Consistency – 2023 Box League Race Results
Our 2023 Tennis, Squash and Racketball Box League Races ended on 14th January and the final results are now confirmed below. All players in the leagues accumulated points throughout the whole year across eight cycles. Regardless of ability, the aim of the race is to reward players for playing as many games as possible through the year and to excel at their respective level.
Participation remains high in all three leagues, with 15 divisions in the Squash league, 10 divisions in Tennis and 5 in Racketball. It is great to see so many players at all levels eager to play their games too, hungry to rise up the leagues and to accumulate points through the year. The final standings show how close it was, literally right to the wire of the last games in some cases. Particularly in the Squash Race …. with just 2 points separating the top three players! It was equally pleasing to see players from all divisions chasing hard to win points all year round.

Well done Pat! A fantastic achievement which confirms your impressive consistency throughout the year. Bad luck to Mark and Jake, with special mention to Mark, so nearly winning the Race with a great finish in Division 9.
Racketball

Our Racketball specialist Athar came so close in our Racketball championships two years running, so it is especially pleasing to see this ‘gentle assassin’ win the Racketball Race this year, knocking 2023 winner Sam back into the runners-up spot.
