It is “preventative health” in practice and allows employers the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to their staff teams while helping them on their wellness journeys.

Their health and wellness scoring products allows individuals and corporate employees to discover how healthy they are. A one-hour health assessment will determine levels of physical and mental stress and how the body is functioning, leading to a detailed, personalised report with tailored diet and wellness steps to improve and maintain your health, whatever your current level.
The assessments can take place locally in Bedford Heights or if you are an employer looking to do this for your team, Soza Health can arrange for the tests to take place at your workplace.
Tests start from £150 per person but Soza have kindly offered a £25 discount to our members as part of their sponsorship of the Ball.
