Adult Weekly Tennis Lessons – Try for Free this January
Work on the tactics of your game and learn new skills at our weekly tennis classes. Starting from 10th January and running for 4 weeks (until 7th February) we have a special offer on our weekly classes and are giving you the chance to try out two per week free of charge. What a great chance to try something new! The classes are drills & points, doubles drills & points, doubles tactics and cardio tennis. You can find out more about our classes below.
Booking is taken at Reception on a first come, first served basis.
Weekly Tennis Classes
All classes cost £6 per session and are bookable 7 days in advance at Reception:
Drills and Points – Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 – 11am
An hour of intense movement and hitting to a specific weekly and monthly theme.
Doubles Drills and Points – Mondays 7 – 8pm
An hour of intense movement and hitting focussing on the doubles game.
Doubles Tactics – Wednesdays 10 – 11am
Develop your doubles match play and give your game that extra edge!
Cardio Tennis – Fridays 6 – 7pm.
Suitable for all abilities, Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class. Whilst it takes place on the tennis courts and you will need a racquet and you will be hitting balls, this isn’t about tennis! It’s a fully body cardio workout set to music including movements such as squats and ladder work.
