During the classes refreshments will be provided and we would also like to invite everyone who takes part to a celebratory buffet in the Club Lounge afterwards, at around 6pm.

Booking

Bookings opened last week and went extremely quickly so we have just a few spaces available in a handful of classes.

To enquire about availability, please email Lottie on [email protected] with your name, and which of the above classes you would like to book.  Lottie will then be in touch to take your payment and confirm your place. Places are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Why we are doing It?

We are hoping to raise as much money as we can for local charities: the MS Therapy Centre and the Tibbs Dementia Foundation. Here’s a short overview about the very worthwhile work they both do.

The MS Therapy Centre is a self-help organisation, run by people with MS for people with MS. Established in 1983, the centre provides the therapies, services and support needed to enable people living with Multiple Sclerosis to self-manage their condition. The centre currently supports over 1,000 people across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.

The Tibbs Dementia Foundation’s mission is to support local people to live as well and fully as possible with dementia in their lives, by offering support, information and a wide range of activities and social opportunities.  Their model focuses on what people can do, supporting them to find their voice through a range of activities.

Additional Fundraising

For those riders taking part, we would also encourage you to ask friends and family to sponsor you and we can provide a sponsorship form for you should you wish. Further details will be shared when you book your bike.

Instructors are giving their time for free to help us raise as much as possible (a great BIG thank you to them!) and the Club is covering all other costs, so all money made will go directly to the charities.

Spinathon T-Shirt

A special Club Towers Charity Spinathon t-shirt is designed for the event, as a memento of the day and our collective achievement.

The t-shirt will be available to buy for £15 with all profits going to the charities. If you want to buy one, you can do so at Reception now.

Please note that for your t-shirt to be ready for the event, you will need to order and provide your size by latest 4th November. If you miss the order deadline, we will have some t-shirts available on the event date for you to choose from but can’t guarantee your preferred size will be available.  Or we can order in for you with delivery after the event.

We can’t wait to see you all on the bikes and to raise lots of money for our charities!

To find out more, or if you have any questions, please do speak to the Reception team, your instructor or email Jo via [email protected]
