Refresh & Renew Spring Yoga Afternoon with Julia – 23rd April.
Spring is a time when everything awakens and we invite you to join instructor Julia for an extended two-hour yoga practice. The session will include both dynamic, stimulating movements and cleansing pranayamas’ to cleanse your body and mind, as well as some slow, supportive, restorative yoga poses which will allow transformation within. It’s a time to bring an abundance of new energy into your life and to your own yoga practice.
After the practice we will go down to the Club Lounge for some light refreshments together.
Taking place on Sunday 23rd April, from 2 – 4.30pm, the investment is £25 per person and bookings are open at Reception now. Places are limited to 15 people and are taken on a first come, first served basis. The practice is suitable for all levels including beginners.
