Junior Squash – Northants Grand Prix 4th December
The Northants Grand Prix series visits us here at the Club on Sunday 4th December.
These are fun tournaments (not too serious!) that are graded by ability rather than age. There are five grades from A (for the best players) through to E, which is suitable for early learners provided they can serve and return. Each grade only takes a couple of hours to complete, so there is plenty of action, but it does not take up the whole day.
The proposed plan is as follows:
9:00-10:00 – E Grade
10:00-12:00 – D Grade
12:00-14:00 – C Grade
14:00-17:00 – B & A Grades
Entry is £6, but as we are hosting, entry is free for Club Towers junior members. You will pay at the sign up stage, but this fee will be refunded by Northants SRA a few days before the event.
You can find out more about it and sign up on-line here. You will be prompted to select an ability grade (A to E) for your child when signing up. You do not need to be precise about this as once the organisers have a list of entrants they will adjust accordingly.
