National Fitness Day 2021 – Free GRIT Cardio & Yoga Classes

To celebrate National Fitness Day and to help promote exercise for a healthier lifestyle , we are running a free Facebook live Les Mills GRIT Cardio workout. Fitness Manager Katy will take you through this 30 minute workout, GRIT Cardio is a 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. It uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the results you challenge and intensity you need to get results fast!

And there is the chance to win subscriptions for those who comment on the live event on the day. We would love lots of people to join us live! On the other end of the group exercise spectrum we will be sharing two yoga practices on the day from instructor Caroline, the first a 20 minute wake up /start the day invigorating practice and the second a 25minute wind down/bedtime routine, you can find these at . They will be available for everyone, so again please do share with any friends or family who may need a little encouragement to get active.
