Menopause Support Group – Guest Speaker Yoga Instructor, Bindy – 2nd November
Our yoga instructor, Bindy, recently completed a course on Yoga for Menopausal Women and would like to share with the group some of the things she learned so we are delighted to welcome her as a guest speaker at this month’s menopause group.
She will be sharing how to use yoga breathing techniques to relieve some of the menopause symptoms and demonstrating some of the yoga poses that can help women to build muscle strength and bone density through their yoga practice.
The session will start at 7pm and can be booked on the App in the usual way, 6 days in advance. Off peak members can also book directly with Ann via [email protected].
