Les Mills BODY STEP Taster Sessions

At Club Towers we are always looking at our class timetable to see what is working, what is not working, and how we can further improve it. One area we are currently looking at is a Les Mills class called BODY STEP, which we do not currently offer. Following an initial taster during our quarterly Les Mills launch in July, we will  be running three additional BODY STEP tasters during August scheduled as follows:

Sunday, 6th August 11.00am-12.00pm

Monday, 14th August 10.30-11.30am (in place of Zumba)

Friday, 25th August 6.30-7.15pm
