Group Tennis Coaching for Adult Racquets Members

Cardio Tennis – Saturdays 8-8.50am

Suitable for all abilities, Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class. Whilst it takes place on the tennis courts and you will need a racquet and you will be hitting balls, this isn’t about tennis! It’s a fully body cardio workout set to music including movements such as squats and ladder work.

Can be booked on the app under classes. Free to all members.

Adult Courses

These courses run in 4 week blocks, all bookable at Reception.

Start-RiteMonday 7–8pm

Starting your tennis journey with our incredible free course, whether you are returning or new to the sport. Over a 4 week period our coaches will transform your forehand, backhand, volleys and serve and make sure you are able to join in our social sessions by the end of the course. Start-rite is free for the first time. Members can join the course again but any subsequent courses are £30 each.

Play-Rite – Tuesday 7 – 8pm.

Following on from Start-Rite, this 4 week course will enhance your whole game. Your technique will be developed, yours tactics will become clearer, and your movement patterns smoother. You will be ready for box leagues and looking to play matches after this course. The course cost is £30.

Pro-Rite Wednesday 7–8.30pm

This is a 4-week course for more advanced players and aims to work hard on improving specific aspects of your game to take you to the next level. The course cost is £45.

Drills and Tactics, Wednesday 2-3pm and Thursday 11-12pm

An energetic course for intermediate players and above, incorporating drills and tactical advice. Learn how to recognise weaknesses in your opponent’s game plan and how to best exploit them. The course cost is £30.
