Club Towers Summer 2018 Charity Ball
Matthew and Ann would like to invite you to a dinner & dance Summer Ball to raise money for our Club Members’ chosen charities.
Date: Saturday, 23rd June 2018
Time: Start 7:00pm for 7.45pm. Carriages at 1am.
Place: Marquee next to the Club Lounge Sun Terrace
Ticket Price: £65 per person (You can book and pay for a table of 10 or purchase the tickets individually).
Dress Code: Black tie / Long dress
There will be a “fizz” reception and canapés on arrival at the Club Lounge, followed by a 4-course dinner with fun games and raffle prize draws occurring between the main course and dessert. Then the DJ will get everyone dancing through the night from around 10:30pm.
Apart from being a great social occasion for our members, the other main purpose of the event is to raise money for our Club Members’ two chosen charities – Autism Bedfordshire and the King’s Arms Project. This will be a cost neutral event for the Club in which the ticket and drinks sales will cover the event costs. Any profit from ticket and drinks sales, and all money raised on the night from the Raffle, games, etc. will go to the charities.
We will also be running a corporate sponsorship donation programme to further raise the funds for the charities. If you are interested to get your firm involved and support the cause, please contact Ann Towers at [email protected] for further details on the benefits of the sponsorship programme.
To book your tickets or table, please contact Alice Richardson at [email protected] We anticipate this event will be very popular and we can only accommodate 150 in the marquee. So book now to avoid disappointment.
As this is a member social event, so Club members will get priority to book. Nonetheless, if you are booking a table of ten, you will be able to include a maximum of two non-members on your table at this moment. We will review the number of non-members allowed, depending on the demand for tickets, later on in April.
*Note that the club will be closed early, at 6pm, on the date of the event.BACK TO EVENTS
