Club Towers Continues to Develop its Offering for Children

23 June 2017

As the Club develops and the membership grows, the management team at Club Towers continues to review its offering for children, with the aim of ensuring that we cater for children of all ages. With this in mind, we are introducing four weeks of Summer Camps for members’ children during the school holidays. If these prove popular, we will repeat and expand the programme in future years.

The Summer Camps will run from 31st July to 25th August and are aimed at children in the 4-11 age range. They will run from 9am in the morning to 5pm in the afternoon, with members able to book their children in for full days or half days (mornings or afternoons).

The aim is to deliver a programme of activities that provides a mix of both physical and intellectual stimulation, with an emphasis on the children being active in every session. We plan to deliver tennis and squash sessions with our qualified coaches, plus other ball sports such as rounders, quick cricket and football, and fun events such as obstacle courses, dodge ball and other games in the studios. Interspersed with these will be opportunities to get creative and to relax and enjoy some downtime.

So, whether you want to get your children away from their screens, give yourself a little break, or have your children enjoying themselves whilst you work, please do enquire at Reception for our flyer and booking form.

In addition to the new Summer Camp programme, Club Towers also offers the following programmes for children:

  • Tennis coaching – all levels from red ball upwards.
  • Squash coaching – all levels from beginner up.
  • Swimming lessons – all levels.
  • Family circuits – recently expanded to two sessions – Saturday and Sunday.
  • Gym floor classes with our PT staff for 12-15 year olds (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
  • Junior circuits for 12-15 year olds on Tuesdays.

For details please see the timetables in Club and on our web-site, or simply contact Reception.
