Charity Cake & Coffee Morning – Saturday 9th October 2021
It’s time for cake again! Please do join us on the 9th October at 9.00am for a coffee and some delicious home-made cake with your fellow members. The morning will run until approximately 1pm or until the cakes and goodies have run out! We will have a variety of cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats available on the morning and all monies raised will go directly to the charities and the Club will donate 50% of all hot drink sales too.
Whilst the Club is now cash free, we will in this instance, be asking for cash donations on the day and there will be two buckets available for this. All cakes will have a suggested donation, so we won’t be offering change or charging set amounts. Card donations can also be accepted at both the Club Lounge and the Reception desk.

It’s the first charity event for our newly chosen charities, the Tibbs Dementia Foundation and the MS Therapy Centre. Members chose the charities from our shortlist in August and we will now support them for the next year.
The MS Therapy Centre is based in Bedford and operates in both Bedfordshire and Northants. It provides a wide range of therapies, services and support to enable people with multiple sclerosis to self-manage their condition.
The Tibbs Dementia Foundation’s mission is to support local people to live as well and fully as possible with dementia in their lives, by offering support, information and a wide range of activities and social opportunities.
We look forward to seeing you in the Club on the 9th and raising lots of money for these amazing charities.
