Charity Cake and Coffee Morning – 26th April 2024

It’s Cake and Coffee morning time!  Our Spring coffee morning will take place on Friday 26th April.  Thanks to the kind donations of members, staff and suppliers we will be offering a range of delicious home-made cakes and sweet treats.  Starting at 9am, we will run until approximately 1pm – or earlier if we’ve sold out!

All monies raised from the sales will go to member chosen local charities –  FACES and St John’s Special School in Kempston – and the Club will also donate 50% of all hot drink sales during the morning.  Perhaps an opportunity to try our April Club Lounge special – a rather exotic and beautiful Butterfly pea latte or tea.

Whilst the Club continues to be cash free, we will be accepting cash donations on the day and there will be two buckets available for this. Card donations can also be made at Reception.

For those that aren’t familiar with the charities’ work, FACES provide early-help support to children, young people and their families and St John’s Special School in Kempston caters for pupils who have severe and complex learning difficulties, from Early Years through to post-16.  Two extremely important charities that make a real difference to local people.  This is our last event for them in our fundraising calendar. New charities will be chosen in the Summer.
