New to Club Towers – Cardio Tennis!
A great addition to our group adult coaching timetable we are pleased to say that Cardio Tennis will now be running every Friday 6-7pm with coach Tom Rees starting from the 10th September.
Cardio tennis isn’t all about tennis! You will be hitting lots of balls but it’s a full body cardio workout that gets your heart rate up and improves your overall fitness. It’s a fun hour class suitable for all abilities including movements like squats and ladder work. The class is set to music to bring the energy and keep the movement going.
A typical class involves a full 40 minute workout sandwiched between a warm up and cool down. You don’t need to be super fit or a pro player the class is tailored to all levels and abilities. You will get to practice shots and it also helps you to play better when tired. The first thing that goes when you are tired is concentration, this class will help you to find that extra bit of energy to continue to play well even when exhausted!

Whilst this is part of an adult programme, junior members aged 16 and up can join us if they are with a parent/guardian over 18.
Cardio tennis is bookable at Reception for £6.
