Yoga Instructor Caroline Update
You may have heard the sad news that lovely Instructor Caroline will be leaving us for pastures new as she is moving to the Lake District. Those of you that know her well will know how much she loves that part of the country so her and her husband Dave have decided to make that their permanent home.
Caroline has been with us since the very start of Club Towers and I think we will all agree that Yoga in particular would not be what it is today without her hard work and passion. She’s also taught many other classes for us including the very popular Gently Active, LBT and Zumba to name but a few!
Caroline currently teaches 8 weekly classes for us, 7 of which are Yoga and the job of allocating these classes to different instructors is one that has taken very careful consideration. We are lucky to have such a strong Yoga Instructor Team here at the Club so we wanted to share details of who will be taking over Carolines regular slots.
The details are as follows and will start from the beginning of August 2024 (subject to change of course) –
Tuesdays
11.10am Hatha Yoga – Maite
12.20pm Hatha Yoga – Maite
Wednesdays
1.15pm Vinyasa Yoga – Maite
Thursdays
9.30am Gently Active – Ali
10.30am Hatha Yoga – Bindy
11.40am Hatha Yoga – Jane W
Saturdays
10.00am Hatha Yoga – Bindy
11.15am Hatha Yoga – Sarah W
Whilst these are regular instructors at the Club, they may be new to some members, so please do give them a warm Club Towers welcome.
As well as being one of our first in-Club instructors, Caroline was also one of the first to stream live on www.clubtowerslive.com. She has since streamed and recorded many many classes for us and we will keep these on the on demand section of the website, which can be found here. Finally we will not be letting Caroline go without a good send off of course! Some of our Instructors and staff are joining Caroline on Thursday 25th July from 7pm in the Club Lounge. We would love her class regulars to join us in saying farewell over a drink or two!
We thank Caroline for all her enthusiasm and fabulous classes over the last 7 and a half years, she will be greatly missed!
