Terms and Conditions of Premium Membership

Introduction

As a premium member at Club Towers our aim is to provide you with some useful benefits that enhance your experience at the Club. There are a few simple terms and conditions attached to the offer that we ask you to read below and take note of. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask a staff member.

We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will inform you when this occurs. You can end your Premium Membership at any time from the 1st of a month by giving us at least 15 days’ notice in writing (i.e. notify us by 15th of the previous month).

Premium Membership Benefits

As a premium member you will receive the following:

• 4 free hot drinks per month.
• 1 free guest pass per month.
• Discounted rates on some coaching courses and personal training sessions.
• 10% discount for one treatment per month with North Beds Osteopaths.

Hot Drinks Redemption and Terms

• Premium members will receive 4 free hot drinks per month.
• If not used, the 4 hot drinks cannot be carried forward to the next month.
• Your account will be reset on the 1st of each month so that you again have 4 free drinks available for use in the coming month.
• To redeem your hot drinks, you must sign up to the online rewards programme and scan your QR code at the Club Lounge at the time of purchase.
• You can check your balance at any time through your account.
• Drinks included as part of the premium benefit package may change occasionally. Please check with the Club Lounge team directly which drinks are included.
• If you cancel your Premium Membership your access to the hot drink’s rewards programme will also be cancelled and your QR code will no longer work.

Guest Pass Redemption and Terms

• You will receive one adult guest pass per month.
• This pass entitles your guest to use the Club for one visit (no restriction on length of stay on the day of redemption).
• You may, if you wish, split this pass into two half priced child passes but cannot break it down further into adult racquets passes.
• Your guest must come into the Club with you and remain with you during their visit.
• The guest passes can be carried over from month to month but do have an expiry date of one year.
• If your Premium membership ends, you may retain guest passes already accrued until they are used or pass the expiry date.

Course Discounts

• Discounts on personal training are available to premium members. Please consult the current price list to find out what these are.
• Discounts are also available on Junior tennis, squash, swimming and some adult courses.
• The premium discount on courses or personal training cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers run by the Club.

10% Discount for North Beds Osteopaths

• Premium members receive one 10% discounted treatment per month for North Beds Osteopaths.
• The 10% discounted treatments cannot be carried over and must be used in the month.
• Bookings are to be made directly with North Beds Osteopaths.
• You should let North Beds Osteopaths know that you are a premium member at the time of booking to receive your discount.
