Making the Most of your New Club App

We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new Club Towers App! Based on member feedback and built with improved functionality and a range of exciting new features, the new app is designed to make managing your membership easier, clearer, and more convenient than ever.

Below you will find an overview of the key features and changes to be aware of, along with helpful tips for getting started.

Getting Started

Downloading the New App

The new Club Towers App is now live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store—simply search for “Club Towers” to find it.

Please note:

Our old app is still live and visible in the stores. It shows “Perfect Gym” written underneath the icon, so be sure to download the new version and not the “Perfect Gym” one.

Logging In

Logging in is simple:

  • Use the same email address registered on your Club Towers membership.
  • If you remember your password from the previous app, it will work here too and get you straight in.
  • If you do not remember your password, just tap “Forgot Password” and follow the reset instructions.

Enabling Notifications – Please do this!

One of the improvements in terms of functionality is the ability for the new app to receive notifications.

When you first log in, the app will ask whether you want to allow notifications – please allow them.

We will only send essential updates – such as temporary closures (e.g., pool or spa) or important Club news and notifications for upcoming events you may wish to book. It will be a great way to stay up to date, and we don’t want you missing any key information.

Class and Court Bookings

Add Bookings to Your Phone Calendar

When you book your first class or court using the new app, it will ask whether you want to allow access to your phone’s calendar. If you rely on your mobile calendar day-to-day, we highly recommend switching this on so your class and court bookings appear automatically in your calendar.

My Bookings – Everything in One Place

  • A new “My Bookings” tab sits at the bottom of the app, giving you instant access to all your upcoming classes and court bookings. You will even see which court number you have booked – no need to check with the Reception Team anymore!
  • You can also scroll through them in date/time order directly on the home screen.

Court Bookings Released at 7.30am

  • Please also note that there is a change in when the courts are released. You will now be able to book courts 7 days ahead from 7.30am in the morning. Class bookings will continue to be released 6 days in advance from the time of the class, as they are currently.

Class Bookings and Strikes – What’s New

We have successfully used a strike system since we opened in order to ensure as many people can get into our classes as possible and that we maintain a low no show rate. We have had plenty of feedback though that our members would like to be able to see what strikes they have picked up for non-attended classes and you can now easily track this in the app.

  • Go to Profile → Class Strikes to see how many strikes you have and which classes they relate to.
  • You can now cancel a class within the 6-hour window directly in the app.
    You will still receive a strike, but this makes it much easier to free up a space for another member.

Helpful reminder:

If you are on a waiting list and can no longer attend the class, PLEASE REMEMBER TO CANCEL YOURSELF OFF THE WAITING LIST. Otherwise, there is a chance you will be moved into the class and so receive a strike for non-attendance.

Club Towers Live – Now Integrated in the App!

You can now view Club Towers Live classes directly through the new app, making it faster and easier to follow live or on-demand sessions.

Additional features:

  • Casting to TV: You can cast classes from the app to your TV for a better viewing experience.
  • No sound? Tap the small arrow in the bottom-right corner and select the unmute option.

Note that casting is sometimes not easy, especially from Apple iOS based phones. You can also buy hardware such as that shown in the below picture which will connect into your TV via an HDMI cable.

Send us your Feedback, Reviews and Membership Requests

Another new feature is you are now able to send us feedback directly from the app. Go to the tab at the top of the app titled “Club” and you will see a “Give us Feedback” section. Or if you want to leave a review for your favourite PT or Coach, you can do this under the “Meet our PTs and Coaches” tile and click on the relevant Coach or PT. The membership tab at the bottom will allow you to send requests directly to us to freeze, cancel or amend your membership too.

The above information highlights the key new features of the app. But there are many others such as access to the:

  • Club calendar
  • Swim timetable
  • Club Towers kit shop
  • Junior activity information

What to do if you have any problems?

We have run some comprehensive testing on the new app but if you do experience any issues, please do let us know! You can speak to the Reception team or email us on [email protected].

Once you are happy that the new App is working successfully for you, please don’t forget to delete the old one!
