Les Mills Launch September 2025
Where is the year going!? We are already at the third release of our Les Mills programmes and will launch these in the Club on the weekend of 27/28th September.
If you want to give our Les Mills classes, BODYPUMP™ BODYATTACK™, BODYBALANCE™, BODYCOMBAT™ or GRIT™ a try, or come back to them after a break, then this is a perfect time to do so, since everyone will be learning the new routines at the same time.
The programme for the weekend is as follows:

10.15-11.00am BODYPUMP™

Classes can be booked on the app as usual, six days in advance. For those new to the classes, we’ve put brief descriptions on them below, but if you’d like any advice on the classes that are best for you please do get in touch with our Fitness Manager Katy on [email protected].
Class Descriptions:
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LesMills™ instructor will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a real sense of achievement.
BODYBALANCE™ – Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy!
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up those calories. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Our instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. This class is low impact and suitable for all levels. Do look out for our technique class aimed at people new to the class we run this at the beginning of every month.
BODYPUMP™ Technique Classes
For those looking to try BODYPUMP™ , don’t forget we run technique classes at the beginning of every month. Usually the first Thursday and Sunday. Our instructors will breakdown the main moves within the class and help you start with good technique so you get the most from it.

GRIT™ SERIES offers three different 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that build cardiovascular fitness, while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximising calorie burn. Whether, you are in a GRIT Strength, Athletic or Cardio class you will soon become addicted to the amazing results they can achieve.
