Juniors Thrive in Northants Squash Grand Prix

We hosted a leg of the Northants Junior Squash Grand Prix series last weekend and around 40 youngsters battled it out in the five graded categories. Several Club Towers juniors did outstandingly well on the day, with Jai winning the E grade, Flo in 2nd and Ernest in 3^rd place. Flo had an amazing comeback in one match from 1-10 down in one game, but turned it round to win 14-12.

Isabella came 5^th in the D grade event, narrowly losing her final match 8-11 / 10-12. Jesse battled hard in the C grade and finished a very creditable 6^th overall.  

There were fantastic results in the B grade too with Oliver unbeaten and champion on the day, Rohan (4^th) and Alex (6^th).

It was great to see several of the Bedford Squash Academy juniors on the day too. All the juniors who took part battled hard and will have learnt a lot from the experience.  Thank you to Mike for organising the event and providing the playing opportunities and to parents for bringing them!
