Ann Towers has been coaching since 2013. After years of working with business leaders and entrepreneurs as a leadership coach, she transitioned to nutrition coaching in 2019, and now leads the Nutrition & Wellness Programmes at the Club. Her coaching is grounded in behaviour change science, and her coaching programmes help clients integrate good nutrition into their daily routines, developing healthier lifestyles.
