Group Exercise Timetable Changes – September 2025

29 August 2025

What’s New for September 2025?

At Club Towers, we regularly review our Group Exercise timetable to ensure it offers variety, balance, and the best possible experience for our members. With nearly 140 classes every week and our fantastic Instructor Team leading them, there’s always something to enjoy.

When making updates, we take into account member feedback, class popularity, and instructor/studio availability, among other factors.

This September, we are excited to bring you some brilliant new additions to our weekly programme!

Stretch to the Core with Sarah

From Thursday 4th September, Sarah will be teaching a new Stretch to the Core class, every week from 11.45am to 12.45pm in our beautiful Mind & Body Studio.

Many of you may already know this class, as Sarah has frequently covered Pilates sessions with it. Her teaching combines yoga-inspired strengthening and stretching to help build a strong, resilient core. Suitable for all levels, Sarah’s warm personality and clear, insightful approach make this a wonderfully nourishing experience. You’ll leave the class feeling stronger, more supple—and blissfully relaxed!

Here’s what some members have already said about it:

“It’s the class that really helps stretch, prevent injuries, and you come out feeling so relaxed.”

“I had never done this class before, but my mind and body now feel so light—I cannot recommend it enough!”

Evening Meditation with Jane

Alongside Sarah’s class, we are thrilled to introduce something completely new to our timetable.

From Tuesday 9th September, Jane will be leading a 45-minute Meditation session, every week from 8.00pm to 8.45pm in the Mind & Body Studio.

We know many of you have been asking for this, and we are delighted to make it happen.

So, what can you expect? The session begins with gentle somatic movement to release tension, followed by centering practices and breathwork (pranayama). From there, you’ll move into meditation, a powerful practice that calms and regulates the nervous system, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of inner peace. You will finish feeling balanced, grounded, and re-energised.

Jane shared:

“My approach is about focusing inwardly in order to detach from the external world. I’m really excited to be sharing this experience with you!”
