Fitness in the Bubble 2026!
Our biggest group exercise event of the year is back! On Saturday 21st March, we invite our members to join us in the bubble for a two-hour mash-up of your favourite classes. This much-loved annual event is our celebration of group exercise and everyone who enjoys it with us at the Club.
Junior Dance Class – 1.00 – 1.30pm
We start the afternoon with our junior session. Caitlin will lead a fun and energetic dance class, teaching the children some great routines to music. The class is suitable for both boys and girls aged 7–13, and parents are very welcome to join in.
Alternatively, parents may relax in the Club Lounge or enjoy their own quick workout. We just ask that parents remain in the Club throughout the session. Children under the age of 7 are also welcome; however, parents or guardians must stay in the bubble with them.
This session is free, but booking is required. Please book at Reception or by emailing [email protected].
Main Event – 2.00 – 4.00pm
From 2pm, the main event begins with a two-hour group exercise mash-up led by our fantastic instructor team. The programme will include a mix of Aerobics, Body Attack, Body Combat, Dance Fiesta, LBT, Les Mills Core and Body Balance.
The workout will be well-paced and structured, with options available to suit all fitness levels. If taking part for the full two hours feels challenging, you are welcome to take short breaks or sit out certain sections as your body tells you to. We do recommend keeping warm during breaks so you are comfortable to rejoin when ready.
The session is suitable for anyone aged 14 and over. Parents or guardians of 14–15 year olds do not need to participate but must remain in the Club.
Members on our waiting list, as well as our super off-peak members, are also very welcome to attend.
Please remember to bring your own mat for the Core and Body Balance sections, as mats will not be available on the day.
Booking
Whilst the event is free, please do book so that we know what numbers to expect. There are lots of ways to book to make it as easy as possible for you to join us. You can:
- Book at Reception
- Email [email protected].
- Pop your name on the sign-up sheets in the high impact studio.
- Book on the app. The class will also be available to book on the App (6 days in advance) but if you wish to avoid using one of your 5 class limit please use one of the other options above.
Guests
This is a great opportunity to invite a non-member friend or family guest to the Club. If you would like to bring a non-member guest to this event, then there are two options:
- Event Ticket is available to purchase at the cost of £15 per guest. This ticket will enable your guest to participate in this Fitness in the Bubble event and the use of the Club Lounge on the day. However, the guest will not have access to any other Club facilities.
- If your guest would like to use other Club facilities on the day, such as the gym, pool or spa, then you can buy a usual guest pass at a cost of £35 (which will also include access to Fitness in the Bubble).
Bookings for guests must be made in advance with the Reception team.
