Club Towers Charity Summer Ball 2025

Matthew and Ann are delighted to invite all members to the Club’s 2025 Charity Summer Ball – a dinner and dance where we bring members together for a wonderful social evening raising money for our members’ chosen charities.

The details for this year are as follows:

Date: Saturday 28^th June 2025
Time: Arrivals from 6pm.  Three-course dinner served at 7pm.
Place: Bedford Blues Marquee, Bedford Rugby Club, Goldington Road, Bedford.
Ticket Price: £75 per person (you can book and pay for a table of 10 or purchase the tickets individually)
Dress Code: Black tie/long dress

You will be greeted by a glass of fizz on arrival and our professional photographer will be mingling with guests to capture you in your finest, providing a lovely memory of the evening.  This initial reception is followed by a three-course dinner, during which there will be fun games, plus a raffle and auction. The DJ will then start the music and get everyone dancing through to carriages at midnight.

Our two member chosen charities this year are the Bedford Blues Foundation and the Primrose Car Service.  As with previous years it will be a cost neutral event for the Club in which the ticket and drinks sales will cover the event costs. Any profit from ticket sales and all monies raised on the night from the raffle, games and auction will go to the two charities.  You can read more about the important work they do locally here.

To book your tickets or table, please contact Alice at [email protected].  We anticipate that the event will again be very popular – so do book now to avoid disappointment.   As this is a member event, Club members will get priority to book and are very welcome to bring a non-member partner or spouse. If you are booking a table of eight or ten, you will be able to include a maximum of four or five non-members on your table respectively.

We are again running a corporate sponsorship programme – the only time we allow advertising in the Club and in our Club’s communications.
